Get ready for an unforgettable experience with our Connection program! Step into the shallows to meet our dolphins, learn about their biology, and see firsthand how our trainers care for and train these incredible animals. You’ll also have the opportunity to get to know them a little bit deeper, by slipping off into the deep water part of their habitat; don’t worry, life jackets will help keep you afloat as you learn more about how dolphins interact with each other and socialize. Dolphins often learn by mimicry so you might even get the chance to see if they can copy your behaviors!

Age & Height Requirements
Participants** must be at least 5 years old and 48 inches tall (without shoes) to participate in the Connection.
Participants under 54 inches tall (without shoes) must be accompanied in the water by a paying program-participating adult (18+).
Children Ages 3–4 (Special Exception)
Children ages 3–4 may accompany 2 paying adults in the Swim Adventure at no additional charge if they fit in a Marine Dolphin Adventure-provided life jacket.
They must be held by one of the participating adults throughout the program and remain in the shallow area of the pool at all times.
During the deep-water portion of the program, the adults must take turns holding the child.
Because of their age and size, the child's interaction with the dolphins will be limited, and they may not be able to participate in all program activities or behaviors.
Children Under 3
Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter the water or participate in the Connection.
** Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in any in-water dolphin interactive programs. Please contact us by phone if you have any questions.
Connection
Requirements
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled program time to allow enough time for check-in.
Late arrivals may not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Come in your swimwear and towel. Cubbies/lockers are available for personal gear.
Dolphin Encounter and Swim Adventure participants share the same pool, so your group may include guests from both programs.
During cooler weather, neoprene jackets are available upon request for use during your program. Personal wetsuits are not allowed.
Life Jackets: All participants must wear a life jacket supplied by Marineland Dolphin Adventure.
Jewelry: For the health and safety of our animals, all loose items and jewelry - including piercings and permanent jewelry - must be removed before your dolphin experience begins.
Photography: Let our professional photographers capture your unforgettable dolphin experience. Digital photo packages are available for purchase. Personal cameras, smart glasses, phones, and electronics are not permitted in the dolphin program areas. Non-participating guests are welcome to take photos from the observation area.
Special Needs: To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please let us know of any emotional, behavioral, physical, or medical conditions that may affect a guest's participation. This allows us to determine appropriate accommodations whenever possible.
