Details of YOUR Wellness Day with Dolphins!
Activity 1
Start your Wellness Dolphin Day with an introduction to fun Dolphin Topics and proven Wellness Practices, including focused, restorative breathing for calming and centering, strengthening the heart-mind connection, and setting your intention for the day – all which set the stage for your 1st hands-on meet up with your dolphin teammates. The dolphins will appreciate your well-balanced, heart-centered approach.
Activity 2
From the side of the pool, you'll stay dry in your first-of-the-day meeting with the Dolphins while learning about them with a Marine Mammal Specialist. Connecting with the dolphins hands-on is a delightful experience. In that moment you'll appreciate the morning's guided preparation that helped you approach them in a meaningful way.
Activity 3
The Wellness fun continues as we dive into Easy & Powerful Eden Method techniques to elevate your health and mood. While surprisingly simple, these self-care movements are highly effective for calming your body's stress responses to busy modern schedules and environmental triggers. These easy energy techniques educate and empower you to re-establish your own natural energy flow which directly impacts your immune system, coordination, focus and much more.
With years of training and certification in Eden Energy Medicine/Eden Method, Dolphin Ambassador Donna Kassewitz will also demonstrate simple kinesiology techniques as a biofeedback tool for you to monitor your body’s energy systems both BEFORE and AFTER you perform the movements.

Always with a purpose, this energy balancing session is preparing you for your 2nd dolphin interaction program for the day – the Dolphin Emoji Game. Choose between keep-you-dry poolside interaction or in-water immersion as you enjoy this highly innovative communication game between humans and dolphins.
This is indeed a "game-changer" – pun intended – because the dolphins get to give instructions for the humans to perform!
The popular term “emojis” is a natural choice for this communication game because “emojis” are pictograms that represent an idea, concept, or action without language restriction. Merriam-Webster dictionary describes them as “symbols or icons… to communicate a message playfully without using words.”
To “communicate playfully” is a central theme of the Dolphin Emoji Game. Your participation in this communication platform will help to ultimately give dolphins a simple clear manner of directing their own daily activities. A win-win!

Energy is the foundation of life, powering every breath, heartbeat, brain activity and cell function. Yet most people rarely think about it until something goes wrong. What is Kinesiology used for?

In this Wellness Program, you’ll be fascinated to discover basic kinesiology/muscle testing techniques that help you understand how your body’s energy habits impact your wellbeing. Definition and History of Kinesiology*
The term kinesiology comes from the Greek word kinesis, meaning movement, combined with -ology, which refers to the study of a subject. Together, the word describes the scientific study of human movement.
The origins of this field can be traced to ancient Greece, particularly to philosopher and scientist, Aristotle, widely regarded as an early pioneer of kinesiology and many other enlightening concepts for humanity. In his work De Motu Animalium (On the Motion of Animals), Aristotle examined how muscles and body parts work together, using geometric principles to explain movement—an approach that helped establish the foundation for future movement science.
In the early 1900s, significant progress was made by orthopedic surgeon R. W. Lovett, who introduced methods for evaluating muscle strength. His work later influenced Henry and Florence Kendall, whose 1949 publication Muscle Testing and Function further refined muscle assessment techniques and became a key resource in the field.
Another major development occurred in 1964 when chiropractor George Goodheart developed Applied Kinesiology. This approach focused on analyzing muscle responses as a way to understand bodily function and health, including cognitive functions. Goodheart’s methods gained attention for their practical applications and were eventually incorporated into various healthcare disciplines.
Today, kinesiology is a dynamic and interdisciplinary area of study. It plays a vital role in enhancing everyday functioning, as well as athletic performance, reducing the risk of injury, supporting rehabilitation, and designing adaptive tools for individuals with disabilities. The field continues to evolve, building on a long history of scientific inquiry and innovation in the study of human movement.
