Like I mentioned to some folks yesterday, we went “zip lining” in Honduras, “cave tubing” in Belize, “sunning” on the Corona island outside Cozumel, and “exploring” the Mayan Ruins in Cosa Maya; yet, the most thrilling adventure by far for our whole family was the “dolphin experience.” It was fun, educational, and something that we will always remember…and we now have the CD to prove it. "My family and I live in Orlando, Florida. My youngest son wanted to swim with the dolphins. My husband thought of Marineland first. Both my husband and myself had been there years ago when we were both kids ourselves and thought for sure he would love it. And boy did he!! The two girls that greeted us were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They told us to head on back to where the dolphins were, and we did. When we got back there the place was clean and the staff were also very friendly and answered a few questions for the kids. Caleb came next to get Carson and he took us all back and really gave us a great tour. He was just full of great information and was really a very friendly guy. We all thought he was perfect to give my 10 and 12 year old tours because they thought he was really cool. When it was time for Carson to go, the trainer that was with him really let him do so much that he had a wonderful time and wants to do it again soon. So we will be back again and again I'm sure. I know it's every facility's goal to have great customer service, but you guys have really achieved it. Cathy, from guest relations really engaged the kids, complementing them on their paintings and telling them all about the dolphins. Aquarist Dan spent a lot of time telling the kids all about the tank in the gift shop and answering about a million of their questions. And, all the trainers we met were super friendly and helpful, really engaging the kids and making sure that we all had a special time. It’s right on the Atlantic and the views were stunning – and having a dolphin encounter was pretty darn amazing too. This place is loaded with history all on its own.
